If something didn&#039;t go as planned, we&#039;re here to help.<\/p>\n<h2>Handmade pieces<\/h2>\n<p>Our pieces are handcrafted and unique. Small variations in color, texture, shape, or size are part of their nature and value: they are not considered defects, but rather the mark of the hands that created them.<\/p>\n<h2>Deadline for reporting<\/h2>\n<p>You have <strong>15 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of delivery to report any problems with your order or to request a change.<\/p>\n<h2>In what cases does an exchange or refund apply?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The piece arrived <strong>damaged<\/strong> during shipping.<\/li>\n<li>You received a <strong>different product<\/strong> to the one you asked.<\/li>\n<li>The piece has a <strong>manufacturing defect<\/strong> (not a natural artisanal variation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to apply<\/h2>\n<p>Write to us at <a href=\"mailto:pedidos@xanay.org\">pedidos@xanay.org<\/a> with your <strong>order number<\/strong> y <strong>photos<\/strong> regarding the part and the packaging. We will respond with a solution (exchange, replacement, or refund).<\/p>\n<h2>Conditions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The part must be <strong>unused<\/strong> and, if possible, with its original packaging.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>refunds<\/strong> Payments are made using the same payment method, within 10 business days after the application is approved.<\/li>\n<li>When the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, incorrect or defective part), Xanay covers the cost of return shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Products that are not eligible for return<\/h2>\n<p>For reasons of hygiene and safety, the <strong>food and consumer or personal care products<\/strong> (honey, sauces, cosmetics, soaps) cannot be exchanged or returned, unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have any questions?
