At Xanay, we bring together art and crafts handmade by indigenous communities in Mexico. Because each piece is unique and many are made or finished to order, we take care to ensure it arrives at your home in perfect condition.
Coverage
We perform Shipping to all of Mexico and the United States. The cost is calculated automatically based on the destination.
Delivery times
The total time consists of the preparation of your item plus the shipping time:
- Preparation: 1 to 3 business days. Some custom-made items may take longer; if so, we will let you know.
- Transfer: 2 to 6 business days depending on your city.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order, through our courier service (Skydropx). You'll see the exact amount before paying.
Follow-up
As soon as your order ships, we will email you the tracking number so you can track it.
Packing
Each piece is carefully packed to protect it during transit, so that opening your Xanay is also part of the experience.
