These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the xanay.org website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Holder
The site is operated by Xanay XANAY, SAS de CV, a distributor of indigenous products and services, located in Uayalceh, Abalá Municipality, Yucatán, Mexico. Contact: pedidos@xanay.org.
2. Our products
Xanay sells art and crafts handmade Made by indigenous communities in Mexico. As these are handcrafted pieces, natural variations in color, size, and texture may exist between pieces; this is part of their authenticity. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Prices and availability
All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN). Prices include VAT. As many items are unique, availability may change; if a product is unavailable after your purchase, we will let you know and offer a solution or a refund.
4. Orders and payments
Payments are processed through Mercado Pago (Credit or debit card, interest-free installments where applicable, and cash payment). Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

7. Intellectual Property
The Xanay brand, its logo, texts, photographs and site design are the property of Xanay or their respective authors and may not be used without authorization.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy notice.
9. Legislation and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Mérida, Yucatán, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by the Federal Consumer Protection Law (PROFECO).
